health safety protocols

What does the training for coaches entail, and how does it support the safety and development of the children in your care?

Our coaches are required to undergo rigorous training programs to ensure they meet the organization’s high standards for safety, coaching quality, and child development knowledge. Our coaches are required to attend weekly trainings during their onboarding and probationary period. Additionally, coaches are required to attend monthly trainings to stay up-to-date with our curriculum and protocols.

How do you ensure that each child receives sufficient attention and supervision?

Our classes have a low child-to-coach ratio to ensure that every child is provided with individual attention and that coaches can be prepared to support them in case of any emergencies if they arise.

Are all coaches certified, and how frequently must they renew these certifications?

The safety and well-being of all our participants are paramount. Every coach who steps onto the field is background checked, and every coach who leads a class is coach-certified. Every coach has CPR and First Aid certification. CPR certifications for our lead coaches are required to be renewed every 2 years.
