I have credit on my account. How do I apply that to my next enrollment?

If you have credit with us, your credit will be available within your account on youthathletesunited.com. To utilize your credit, you will need to sign into your account and add a class or camp to your cart. The credit will appear on the final checkout page and be available to apply to your purchase.

Please note that credit is valid for 1 year and applicable to enrollments for open classes, private lessons, birthday parties, camps, etc. Credit is only applicable to programs where Soccer Stars processes the enrollment directly. Credit on file is transferable between siblings.

Do you offer trial classes or a trial period?

Once you enroll, you will have up until before the 4th class of your enrollment to decide whether you would like to continue for the rest of the season. Our trial period allows children and parents to gain a greater sense of the class and curriculum, and many times a child who is hesitant during the first class will be fully engaged by the 3rd class. As well, this allows for a more consistent class, allowing children to progress in their class throughout the season with the same group of children.

If you do wish to withdraw from the program within your trial period, you are able to receive a prorated credit to use towards a future class or a prorated refund back to your original form of payment. Please note, there is a registration fee per registration that is non-refundable.

What if my child does not like the class?

It is common for many children to have a “warm up” period when starting a new class or with a new coach. If your child is having difficulty adjusting to their class, please Contact Us, and we will work with you to make any necessary adjustments.

Can I transfer to a different class?

Yes! You can transfer into a different class for the same age group, as long as there is space in the class. Any difference in pricing will be charged or credited as appropriate. To request a class transfer, please Contact Us.

What is your make-up policy?

We offer up to two makeup classes for missed classes per season. Makeup classes are subject to availability and must be scheduled within the same season and age group, before the season ends, and cannot be scheduled for the first or last class of the season. Makeup classes do not carry over into a new season and cannot be liquidated into credit on file.

How do I find my coach or class location?

Before your first class, you will receive a First Class email detailing information on your class location and where you will meet the coach. You may also log into your account at any time, locate your current class under “Schedule”, and click the hyperlink to view the Class Spotlight page.

If you ever have trouble locating your coach, please Contact Us.

I just registered for a program. Now what?

Congratulations! We are excited to welcome your child to the Soccer Stars program. Once your registration is complete, you will receive your invoice via email (Please note: any registration fees associated with the class are invoiced separately). You are now formally enrolled and should see the class listed in your online account. Before the class begins, you will receive a first-class email with more specific information regarding the start of the season.

What happens if there’s a waitlist to join a specific class?

If a program displays the “Join Waitlist” option, we highly recommend that you join the waitlist to reserve a spot. The waitlist is first-come, first-serve for class openings. There is no obligation when joining a waitlist, and you will not pay for the registration. You will be contacted if a spot opens up, and full payment will be expected to secure your spot.

Why wait? You can make your own private class! Request a Private Class today.

What if my child falls between 2 different age groups?

Due to the nature of our age-specific program, there may be instances where your child might fall between 2 different age groups, especially during the early childhood ages of 3-5. Our program focuses on certain developmental milestones, not necessarily the size and height of the child, to determine class placement. While we generally suggest enrolling in the earlier age group within the overlap for new players, our coaches can evaluate your child, make recommendations, and help facilitate if moving up to the next age group would be appropriate.

Are there discounts for enrolling multiple children?

Yes, we offer a sibling discount.  Use the code SIB10 to get 5% off the class price for every child enrolled in your family.  The discount is not applicable for monthly billing or private classes.

What do I do if I can’t remember the password to my account?

Can’t remember your password? No problem! Click on this link and follow the process to Reset Your Password via email.
