We offer a unique, age-specific curriculum that is crafted to improve soccer skills, build self-confidence, and develop socialization skills. Coach Mitchell brings a vast amount of coaching experience to the program. Born in Trinidad and Tobago, he started off playing soccer in the streets and went on to play for some of the top youth clubs. Coach Mitchell attended College on an athletic scholarship where he graduated with a BA in computer science and psychology. He has coached with top clubs and High Schools in the New Orleans and San Diego areas, including Surf soccer club where he was one of their directors. Coach Mitchell holds a USSF ‘A’ Youth License, US Futsal Level 1 and 2 Licenses, in addition to the Youth Module and NSCAA Goalkeeper Licenses.
Coach Marieli is the Executive Director and Owner. She is a big believer in the importance of incorporating any physical activities into the growth of children. During her high school and college years, she was always active in different sports and knows the importance of constantly moving. She is a mother of two kids who are very active within select team sports and the collegiate level. Being part of the Soccer Stars family has provided her with the opportunity to make a positive impact on her community. In her free time, she loves watching her kids playing on their team, volunteering, and traveling.
Coach Chase was born in Phoenix, AZ, and has called Austin home for the past 12 years. A McNeil High School graduate, he is currently attending college while pursuing his passion for soccer. Chase began playing soccer at age 3 in a program much like Soccer Stars and went on to play club soccer with Lonestar Soccer Club, competing in ECNL and playing all four years in high school. He has been a soccer referee since he was 13 and now officiates games from youth leagues to semi-pro matches. Coach Chase hopes to become a professional referee one day and is thrilled to be coaching the next generation of Soccer Stars!
Coach Caden started playing soccer in second grade when he was seven years old. He played with Lonestar Soccer Club, for his middle school team — the Walsh Wildcats — and now plays with his high school team, the Round Rock Dragons. A fun fact about Caden is that he was a four-sport athlete in high school, competing in basketball, soccer, football, and track. In his spare time, he loves to go snowboarding. Coach Caden is excited to share his love for sports and inspire the next generation of Soccer Stars!
Coach Hannah is from Georgetown, Texas, and studied at Full Sail University in Florida. She has a passion for sports and has played nearly every one imaginable—except football, lacrosse, and cricket! In her free time, Hannah enjoys training in aerial arts, sewing, and getting lost in a good book. Highly creative by nature, she loves making and building things and brings that same creativity and energy to coaching young Soccer Stars!
