Parent & Me is a parent-child, pre-soccer and movement program specifically designed for toddlers between 12 and 24 months old. Our experienced instructors along with our puppet friends, Mimi & Pepe, take you and your little one through a world of exciting physical activity, social awareness, and cognitive development.
Soccer Stars is the area's most popular youth educational soccer program! Backed by over 20 years of experience, we teach the FUNdamentals of soccer using positive reinforcement, imaginative themes, and engaging games. Players will learn skills, physical literacy, build self-confidence, and develop teamwork in every class. Certified coaches lead age-specific programs with low kid-to-coach ratios for children ages 1-12+.
Welcome to the SSU Program – a fun, skill-building soccer program designed for players of all levels! This class offers a positive, team-oriented environment where kids can develop their soccer skills, build confidence, and enjoy the game. SSU classes focus on Skill Introduction, Skill Development and Skill Implementation with target focused, fast-paced & skill-specific Scrimmages every week! Each session includes a dynamic warm-up, the introduction of a 'Skill Of The Day', a progression of that skill, and exciting Scrimmage Play that focuses on implementing our skill in a 'game-related environment'.
Amazing Athletes is a multi-sport program that introduces children to the fundamentals of 10 different sports in a fun, non-competitive environment, helping them to develop physical literacy, learn about nutrition and muscle identification, and master 6 key motor skills. Our specialized curriculum is custom-designed to provide both variety and repetition using age-appropriate sports equipment. Sports include Soccer, Basketball, Football, Volleyball, Track & Field, Golf, Hockey, Tennis, Lacrosse & Baseball!
A pre-soccer music and movement program for toddlers. This fun-filled class — taught by experienced instructors and their puppet friends, Mimi and Pepe — focuses on balance, coordination, upper and lower body exercises, cognitive skills, and more.
