Our coaching department reviews every coach multiple times each season to ensure they are up to date with the latest trends and information. We also incentivize our coaches to reach higher levels of coaching status within the company through specific goal-setting and national certifications.
Our coaches are thoroughly vetted during a multi-stage interview process. All of our coaching candidates come with either coaching or early childhood experience and pass state and federal background checks.
